New Protocol: Continuous Rule Violations

Gee, 40 punishments? That seems like far too many chances.

 

Well no more talking in global when xelasi or b0 is on cause if I say "stfu" I'm instantly muted or "plz stop" or "don't make fun of my friend"

 

You should receive a warning first, it's the protocol.

Nope :/ I even talk to canoodle but she never helps... My friend (not really anymore) got muted for a week for saying "sorry" to xelasi

 

Try recording the conversation. You won't be muted unfairly if you have proof you did nothing wrong

 

I like the idea of this. I was wondering if people would just get perm mutes/bans eventually.

 

People that have gotten 40+ mutes in the past 3 months will be banned, as stated in the thread.

 

I meant that, before the new protocol, I wondered if people got perm banned/muted.

Not because of continuous minor offenses ( a lot, and a lot of death threats may have caused perm bans in the past )

 

People have been perm muted/banned for advertising before

 

What about autobans? I've been perma-banned for getting autobanned once, and I don't want to repeat the experience...

auto bans and requested mutes/kicks/bans do not count towards this.

 

Even if autobans counted, I don't believe you have over 40 of them

Brawl has chatreport evidence available for the player who was muted for a week.

If you believe a higher-up would mute a player long term without recorded evidence or just by my word, you are mistaken.
