New Spawn?

Here's my take:

Spawn needs a place to chill out, a place to educate noobs, a place to PVP, a spawner to get food, a gate to the nether, a tracker, and ways to leave spawn easily for those folks that want to explore. I think that a large tower (or set of towers) would be helpful to show off the world around spawn, access to an ocean would be nice too. Parkour would also be nice.

I also think that symmetry is absolutely not necessary; in fact, I think that a more organic spawn would be better. Also, a beacon at spawn would be super helpful and help the aesthetics. A parkour over a hole to the void would be great too...

Finally, a PVP arena at spawn that you could go to by typing /pvp would make it a winner. Something enclosed that you could warp inside of and need a 10 second delay before warping out.

 

Additionally Change... /spawning and facing North is not what us Brawlers are used to and it gets very confusing, We are used to facing South when we /spawn. So if you guys decide to follow through and change spawns whatever it may be, Please change it so we're facing towards South when we /spawn.

The last poll we had about SPvP was the versions, 1.7 was the highest voted but 1.8 was still chosen so technically there was no need for that poll. This time lets please stick to the poll and implement whatever spawn has the highest votes.
I do wish @0racle would make 1.7 original spawn listed on the poll even if it does look similar to KitBrawl. I think we can all agree we don't like the current spawn as it is right now.

 

You could run a competition for the next spawn, maybe have the raid players vote on a theme/features and the let the community submit builds for it.
I think it would be nice to see a new spawn instead of a re run of an old spawn.

I think also adding a /duel command where you can PvP without losing gear would make it fun too.

 

Thats what KitBrawl is for. This is survival PvP. Yes, I know, I am a 3 year old player of this, and its hard to see things change. Maybe this would increase numbers, I don't know, but personally I wouldn't want it - its just not in the feel of the gamemode.

 

I'd go for the 1.7 on, the 1.8 was ugly

 

Where's the fun in not losing your gear? It's survival pvp

 

If you lose your gear, buy a new set from me. Or buy enchant books from me. Or buy diamonds from me and craft a new set.
