Purchasing houses and renting

I agree maybe the 40k houses should be made cheaper for new players, about 20k, or even smaller 4 chest 10k houses. But I don't agree with the buying houses, after seeing what happened pre-reset, all the houses got bought up.

 

That requires Builders paste/build more houses, and Mario too add them as houses. And you know how quick Brawl Staff are at doing things. (No offence to Brawl staff, just my experience has been that it takes a long time for relatively simple things to happen)

 

Yes to the better house system.
But I think the rent system is good, if you want to buy a 40k for one million, just hold 1 mil and click the sign so you have it for a long time.

Also I'd like to see more houses.

I'm not a big fan of buying houses, but they should definitely be cheaper. 40k for a house is simply not worth it, especially after that economy nerf.

 

40k rent house ----> 1,000,000 to buy
550k rent house ---> 13,750,000 to buy

 

I personally think that a plotworld would function better. This would address the room issue as well as allow for a more customized experience.

I suggested a way to make your own Gang hide outs and be able to raid each other for rewards but... whatever. Also Brawl is dead dude. Minecraft isn't really as popular as it used to be.

Thats a nice idea, as long as peoples actual loot isn't in jeopardy as I don't think people would like that. I like the bit where you can customise houses, with heads and maybe special blocks you get from quests? (Thats an idea @Mario - special physical reads from quests, not just money), but I don't like the thought of plots, well, not like creative. Being able to customise inside, outside, and a bit around your house is good, just not in the way that the plots are visible, like you shouldn't be able to see plot boundaries IMO.

 

How about like the Sheriff HQ boundary. Seems like it goes on for a bit and if the custom base is hard to get then there would be only team leaders with me.
