Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, my account is both secured through the two-step verification and migrated to my private email address. No one, aside from me, has access to my account.
How old are you? - I am currently 15 years of age, born April 27, 2001.
What time zone are you in? - EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? -English is my dominant language, though I can carry universally accepted conversations with people in Chinese. I can speak a bit of broken Spanish, courtesy of my studies in school.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - Ironically, my first server was McPvP-CTF, my first logon being around November 2012. I was extremely impressed by the amount of help I received as a newer player, and I usually attended the “Free-Kit Friday” event. Though I stopped playing it for a few years, McPvP/Brawl has always remained on my server list.

My Wild West story starts with humble beginnings; I was first introduced to it though McPvP/Brawl Youtube. I started of with a small, yet comfortable balance of 775g. I struggled through many hardships in my first few weeks, but with lots of determination and hard work, I persevered. Quickly, my understanding of Wild West’s dynamics expanded and grew, and I made countless new friends. I was immediately amazed by the friendly community and atmosphere that Wild West generated, and that spark kindled my extreme dedication to the gamemode, as well as Brawl as a whole.

A few months after my start, I decided it was time to unite the sheriff and bandit communities. Though both groups of players shared common interests, I felt like the two communities were often divided by a thick layer of mutual disrespect. As a sheriff, my mission was to create an atmosphere that placed player respect above all else. I felt obligated to fix this persisting problem, as I knew I was liked by both communities. Through the countless hours I spent interacting with the bandit community as a sheriff, I, along with a few other players, were able to these improve these broken relations that have existed for so long. Though this task was time consuming and arduous, it was very enjoyable becoming acquainted with new players and getting to know the old ones better.

Time has flown by, players have come and gone, and I am proud to be applying for staff to this fabulous server. I am grateful for all of those who have stuck and played with me throughout my journey. You guys are the best!

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? -
My only experience was moderating on an old Infection server with a few friends, approximately two and a half years ago. We had big plans, but unfortunately, the server shut down a month after its debut due to financial issues. Though this experience was not too serious, I began to understand and respect the amount of dedication necessary to successfully moderate a server. This experience helped me to develop an infinite patience while assisting players, as well as respect all ideas of the community, no matter how farfetched they might have sounded. It also taught me to put the community first, something that I continuously and selflessly do on Brawl.

This experience also acquainted me with the unfamiliar task of dealing with toxic, hacking, and disrespectful players. In all situations, I learned to remain calm and to accumulate enough evidence to issue a mute or ban. I generally abide by the universal “three strikes you’re out” rule. On Brawl, I would first issue one or two warnings, depending on the severity of the offense, then issue a mute or kick. When dealing with situations on Brawl, I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue. However, if the situation is out of my control, I will immediately contact a higher staff member. I am aware of all the staff commands pertaining to each rank, as stated here:

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - The leadership aspect role has always appealed to me. I am never hesitant to help new players. My understanding of Wild West is rivaled only by a few players, which means that I can have a greater understanding and opinion on any planned updates it might have. I believe that I can make fair decisions for both the sheriff and bandit communities because of my unbiased nature. This also applies while dealing with players breaking with rules, I vow to remain fair and unbiased dealing with friends or others alike. This will generate a cleaner and friendlier environment.

Listening to the community is an absolute must, and it’s something that I do quite actively. Many players believe that staff simply ignore ideas provided to them from the playerbase. Though I know these rumors to be false, by reading and responding to as many threads as I can cycle through, I feel like I can make everyone in community feel like their voice is appreciated. Never have I dismissed a player's idea because it was illogical, the community always brings forth great ideas, and each is to be respected as such.

My love for Brawl is by far the most important reason. This community has taught me incredible amounts, and I feel like I can give back to it by becoming a responsible Junior Moderator.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Only to experiment with its features. I have never used a hacked client outside of single-player mode. Using a hacked client is breaking server rules, and it simply takes the fun out of playing the game. It also takes away the hard work of legitimate players, which goes against my conscience.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? -I have had two legitimate mutes on Brawl, my third being a misunderstanding and the fourth being requested. Aside from Brawl, I have been temporarily banned once for using an autoclicker a few years ago. I have my regrets about doing this, and have not been legitimately banned since.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My dedication is my greatest strength. Putting others before myself has allowed me to become a more dynamic player in all aspects. My longing to help other players is infinite, I am never afraid to jump in and assist a struggling player, no matter how complicated his/her issue might be. I never lose my temper, no matter how emotional I might be, and I rarely, if not ever, curse. My infinite patience allows me to handle chaotic situations with relative ease. These traits revolve around the motif of my unending dedication to Brawl, an everlasting and unrivaled strength.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My brutal honesty. I am committed to sharing the unvarnished truth. Sometimes, I am quick to point out someone's negatives. This is not because I do not care, in fact, I care too much. I strive on making people the best they can be. However, I can be a little bit too harsh sometimes, and I am learning to soften up and become more approachable, which is something I have worked hard on this past month.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - I dedicate the majority of my time online to Wild West. I also am active on KitPvP, War, and Raid, though I do prioritize being on Wild West as much as possible.

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I have made one staff application.

What is the date of the last application you submitted? - I submitted my most recent application on September 20th, it was denied a week later on September 27th.

Anything else you would like to state? - For any players who might hold grudges against me or my actions, I repent these wrongdoings and wish to start anew. Never will I stop listening to the community; you guys give me continuous motivation and impact my life in unspeakable amounts. You guys are the best!
