I'm so excited to see the change he brings to our country! I'm sure with him leading many great things will happen. However, like Miskey said, thank you everyone that could, for voting. I believe this year was one of our biggest turnouts for voters?

It's unbelievable. It really is. I keep looking at that stupid headline on CNN "TRUMP ELECTED PRESIDENT" and resist the urge to laugh at the complete ridiculousness that a guy who wants to grab women by the p*ssy, wants to build a 4 to 20 billion dollar wall (which can be crossed over via a rope) on the Rio Grande, wants to make the biggest tax cut since Reagan, and wants to date his daughter is now our President.

Unbelievable.

 

I'm legitimately glad it isn't Hillary Clinton.

Americans made their vote today and clearly, America wanted a change in the system. I just think it's too bad it took someone like Donald Trump to do it.

So here's what should happen: Trump's extended an olive branch to everyone who has opposed him. If you guys actually want to fix your goddamn country and not just b*tch about it all the time, you should suck it up, accept it, and work as hard as you can to get your views represented anywhere possible.

After all: America voted for democracy today. Don't throw away the opportunity you have right now to potentially change something other than the sex of your president.

And if that doesn't work, well, I have a cup of Timmies up here for you guys.

Amen to that. I know I said in the discord chat that third party candidates didn't have a chance, I have great respect for people who voted for them anyways.
Also as far as I am aware Jill Stein didn't get enough votes for me to have to eat my hat... so I'm safe

My stance on the matter is that there wasn't really a way to win this given I'm not a fan of either candidate. With that said, what's done is done, there's no use in crying over spilt milk. The decision has been made so might as well work together and try and get some change.
