New Spawn?

Okie dokes. Here's my solution.

Give everyone access to a command called /spawn set. Then anyone can set the spawn anywhere. Wanna set spawn in a lava pool? Do it. Wanna set it in Apex's nether vault? Top Kek. This would solve this whole thread.

 

I agree with Colonel. I've been working on a spawn with a gold, diamond, and emerald theme. So far no one likes it but it's my personal favorite. Could the /set spawn command be a possibility? Also we should disable the mine protection on the spawns so people can grief them.
+1 for authenticity over other servers and +1 for solving the problem

 

I have never seen you on Survival PvP, but according to your stats you have played at least for a bit. So you would think you would have enough knowledge to understand where we're coming from. I'm not nit-picking anything, I was just asking to get a clear interpretation and see if you actually played Survival PvP so you could better understand why we're asking for all that. You say I'm looking for things to throw you down just to disagree, but that's not the point. I'm giving you feedback, just like what you wanted. We didn't like your build, just deal with it and take what we say and improve on it. Don't argue and state that it was a good spawn when it obviously wasn't according to the majority of the players. I personally don't care for your explanation on why we face North and not South, it's not something that's absolutely necessary it's just something that the regular players want if possible.

The spawn you built has very dark blocks at the top where most of the players want to be. The 1.7 and 1.8 spawn has plenty of beautiful blocks and colors that blended and didn't use very dark blocks. That's the problem with the spawn, it has too much space. It's terrible. When we say we want a place to chill we mean we want it like the 1.8 spawns where you could get inside the clam or some of those structures of blocks or jump around spawn with the sponges. It's just so dark, boring, and no good place to afk or wait for someone to go out and pvp. I liked jumping around onto the other hills and structures of blocks and pieces of glass in the 1.8 spawn. I don't however like standing on some small black platform or at the very edge.

There's a reason we have thread asking for a new spawn. We don't just want to disagree with you for the sake of disagreeing. It's because we do not like it. I never saw you last map, probably because you played during the beginning, and you never play on this map (I don't blame you for that though). I'm just saying though.

Pfft I'd just set a spawn at y=255 somewhere over a desert, then camp out and watch everyone fall from the sky and die over and over.

he asked when. "Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future. We would like an approximate date when the reset is happening. Personally I would like to know so I could tell friends of mine on another server to come and try it out.

I don't really play raid or surgically anymore. But no offense, but I really do not like the map similar to kitbrawls one. I don't like kitbrawls one anyway. If i were to choose I'd like to see the jungle 1 added or make the current spawn a lot brighter. The current spawn being made brighter would take 20 minutes. I think you are all too fussy though. You want a map update and when you get it, you all start crying because it's not how you wanted it.

 

Because all we wanted was a map update lol They changed the commands, south is the new north, the IP, we were promised no more lag, /yt is gone along with a ton of other useful commands, the guest rank is gone for whatever reason, etc
