What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I have purchased Minecraft about 2 years ago. Since that point I have I have learned all basic knowledge about how the game works. I have also been a part of various tiny servers, ranging from vanilla survival, PvP, factions, hunger games, spleef, and paintball. It was only until the beginning of this year I discovered this community, and have focused all of my Minecraft attention onto here. Because of this experience, I pretty much learned how to not be a hated member through proper conduct. (i.e. People like robrox or Play)

What is your experience with moderating servers? - The only server that I have ever became staff for is this one, MPS. I never did before because I was never too interested in the server to want to dedicate most of my time into it. But I have been a part of this community for months, so I think it would be worth my time to apply here. The only definite thing I say say is that I am a strict rule follower, and I would usually use whatever power I had to trying to keep players under control. This, however, means nothing. The only solid proof I have is moderator of this community. But I was chosen for here, so that must have meant something.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - It does not matter which server I enter, there is almost always someone who is either a spammer or someone who is just a general dick to everyone else. Most likely, there is no staff member online to discipline them. This is nobody's fault. With this many servers, we cannot afford to trade quality for quantity in terms of staff members. I, for one, feel that I would become and trustworthy in creating amore enjoyable environment for players. I can guarantee that several people would vouch for my level of maturity and responsibility.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I try to be on an MPS server for at least an hour a day. At most, I can get about 8. It all depends on how much free time I have. Usually 2-3 hours a day.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - I'm usually not on ts3. This is because I prefer Skype or ingame IM to ts3.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I am always on the forums. Simply put, any time I can spend here I am, so I would say I am very active here.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I do strictly enforce the tules of these server upon players who need discipline. I am not one to be lenient when it comes to people who need enforcement. I am only strict to the point of being just. I would never either deal to big of a punishment or either trouble an innocent player with something they did that I thought would be wrong.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - With my strict enforcement comes with me appearing to have a very jerkish appearance. When I come to moderating, I take it seriously, and that affects how I act. Ergo, my personality can be off-setting to people.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - This varies. Advertisers are an insta-ban and report. A spammer, swearer or person who is a general nuisance will receive one warning, saying that I will kick them if they do not cease.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -Kick them. No warning.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - Kick them once more. Again with no warning.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the fourth time? - Ban them. Once more, no warning. If this persists, I proceed to a report.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - Swallow your failure, admit you were wrong, and move on.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - Warn them, either by giving them a warning via forum means, or alerting higher staff members to let them know to deal with them in the future.
When would you lock a thread? - When requested, if it is spam, if the OP asks a question that is answered, or if the whole thread spirals into a flame war that will end with nothing and is entirely pointless.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - This also varies on the situation. This could happen to a known bug, or it could happen due to the person being a hacker.

Situation: Certain parkour allows a player to leave the map.
I warn them, threatening a kick. I give a grace period to leave. If not, I kick them. If it happens once more it's a ban.

Situation: Player uses c4 to go behind an iron door.
I warn them. If they do not comply I ban them for abusing glitches.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Yes.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Yes.
