    Sup Brawlers,

    The purpose of this thread is to brainstorm ideas for increaseing the total numbers of players. @RyGuy88228 and @Snail_5_ .

    1) I would have a War Saturday and Sunday hosted by different mods.

    2) The maps selected for weekend games should have larger maps. For example: Hijack is too small but Wild West, Toystory, and Dday are nice sized.

    Please don't select Hijack, or any of the small maps where it becomes a camp off. These games get boring.

    3) To bring in more players, I would also like to see the War Weekend game extended to a day or two during the week.

    4) We should encourage players to post these games on youtube.

    5) If we invited some great youtuberes like DanTDM we could get some great publicity for the game.

    I think the problem is that the fun is limited to any days of the week at all.

    I feel like you don't understand what was going on. There were no smods online. They are supposed to be on for that event. Snail and ryguy were the only staff online at the time and had to improvise. The reason such small maps were chosen is because they were voted by the players. Also, if snail and ryguy hadn't been on, there would have been nothing for war fun sundays...

    1.) Not really in our power. If another staff wants to get on and help, that's great. However, we can't just force staff to get on and host it.

    2.) I 100% agree.

    3.) That would be interesting. So basically hosting a War Fun Sundays on something like Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday?

    4.) That would be really good to get these out on youtube.

    5.) This has been a long debate, theres a lot of issues with bringing a Youtuber in.

    These are all really good ideas, and I'll make sure to discuss them. Thank you so much :wink:

    Events doesn't increase a player base. It might bring some back sometimes but doesn't increase it

    As TheMafias said. I genuinely think that the staff won't do anything. Really the only way to get to players is advertisement. The more obvious way to is to pay youtubers for server trailer, but then again I doubt @Chap will give his view on it. But getting on 'top 5 gameplay' on some youtuber's (TheBestGinger9) series on one of our better gamemodes, this is a better plan, but then again this is more reliant on the community.

    Only allow war Sunday to happen when an smod is able to be online. This would make it more fun. Tbh that's really my only idea, although I do agree that we needed larger maps, but the small maps were voted on by the community, so we really cant complain.

    2 weeks ago there was no SMOD and it continued, Its fine without the crazy jump effects, all you need is good maps.

    @MR_EVIL_OVERLORD Youtube publicity would do it. Imagine if a Youtuber like DANTDM or anyone else had an MCWar series. All of Brawl would start thriving again.

    In that case, why is this such a big deal? All you need is a mod that's active. Ask a mod to come on at some point and he/she can come and help with that. Try PMing someone who you see online or ask them to come on at a certain time.

    We've had mods & Smods hosting the game. That isn't really the issue.

    The ideas to change the time to earlier, have the events on more days during the week, and invite people like DanTDM are the ideas that have been presented thus far.

    Well I put my videos on the internet already, the big youtuber thing is tru, but I don't think before 2.0.
    and for the rest, I think they are good ideas.

    2.0. won't be released. We had the hype, it's gone. 2.0's progress was claimed to be going very smoothly, and now what's going on? No posts to update us on the progression. I don't think it's going to happen. I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but I've been here for a while.

    Genuinely love where this is going, it would be great to see brawl come back.

    I would like to see new maps and maybe new guns. In general, I think more updated content (or war 2.0) would increase the player base.
