    Today I present to you my perk/ buyable item in-game idea: tear gas !

    DESCRIPTION : For those who don't know what it is it's basically a some sort of can which releases smoke, most of item to knock you out or eventually kill you.

    EXPLANATION: My idea is that you throw the can and after 2 seconds in a radius of 5 blocks ( let's be realistic ) or maybe less, it will activate and whoever in it's range will have nausea for maybe 3 to 5 seconds or they will have miner fatigue.

    ADVANTAGES AND PROBLEMS:

    Good: A unique tactical item, it's not to op and it doesn't kill you

    Bad: it could be used in infect for killing players easily by giving them nausea ( this is the point of tear gas after all ). If someone uses a tear gas on you while you try to swing your sword at him in onein it could be a problem ( it's still the point of tear gas ).

    SUGGESTION: It would be cool if it would a non-donator item that you can buy for one round at 500 credits

    I agree, it seems just at the perfect type of not too op or too under op. I found a pic that might could be the design (the item won't look perfectly like this image, It would be less pixels.) [​IMG]

    Yeah I guess this weapon could be useful as much as the grenade in infect.

    I like the idea, but I'm not so sure about it being a non donator item. If anything, it will be another tactical donator item like flash bangs. I like the idea, hope to see it implemented.

    The pic is perfect
    If it were to be a non-donator item it would cost 500 credits which is quite a lot also you only get the effects for a few seconds

    I like it, but it is somewhat similar to the smoke grenades that are being added.

    It seems like a flashbang but for infect but less powerful. You can still see if you are given nausea, and I doubt miner fatigue would do much in a guns-based server.

    True, but then I bet they would change the flashbangs to be advantageous over tear gas too.

    Advantages of Flashbangs
    -Grants Blindness
    -Grants Slowness (I think)
    Time could be extended 1 sec

    Advantages of Tear Gas
    -Grants Nausea
    -0.5 hearts of dmg every sec
    Time will only be for 2.5 secs
