In the current state of Wild West, there are main factions that have absurd amounts of controlling power and can dictate the flow of lesser players in the game.
For a more advanced way of putting this. Think of a person, that person rose from the lowest ranking of starting out, to the top with a plan in mind. However this cannot be achieved alone. Due to mechanics, mind-sets of players, and knowledge of the game and having a group of people to help you out requirements. A group that takes orders from the Leader send out the regards of requests.

Joker's Mafia Law for example and other threads that show some form of control over players.

Lets aggressively talk about this whole Mafia Law for a minute. It's absolutely stupid & aggravating to even look at. In the thread 'Live or Die' and I quote;

So based off on my understanding ignorance of this thread from most viewers stand point, if our precious little leader decides that his ego was hurt by the slightest insult he'll hunt you down and stop you from playing or having fun in the game. Well okay Mr. Special Snowflake leader we'll be nice to you to preserve your egotistical mindset.
Now why is all this happening, why is this sort of 'Dictatorship' happening?
When the prices of armor went somewhat high, only the wealthiest could obtain absurd amounts of sets of diamond armor and weapons, while minor over time it separated wealthy from unimaginable wealth and power. It's only a small portion of the problem however.

Teams
Large teams with power control most of Wild West, when there's multiple teams that want to control the economy battles ensue over domination and control.
Alternate Accounts: Upon battling over control, 'Alts' for short, became the next level strategy. Simply log off in a base or around a base with that alt, log back on if something bad happened and go back to hunt down who killed you with more and more alts. If your alts die, money could be simply withdrawn from account to buy whatever you lost and continuously hunt down who killed you till they cannot play anymore.

Helping huh? Limiting the fun and dictating what players do is helping right? In your eyes it seems helping. But you could care less of a damn for the players' thoughts and opinions. They want to do what they want and have fun.

Oh yes, I do like to get killed on sight, please use your wasted time and effort to prove a stupid Law is in order. Why does Joker's group always assume that if no one likes your pointless Law that you must be killed on sight. All of your ego's deluded the Wild West community to a boring state of not having any fun where the fun only comes to your group. Yes, death is more fun than living is correct for your own opinion and prospective. You people have barely any thoughts towards the community's opinions and are justified to pointless dictatorship over the lesser players.

You are giving limitations of players of what they can do. If they don't follow the exact rules, they're faced with consequences that they choose to ignore or don't want any part in it.
Example, you don't want any other players BASED ON JOKER'S THREAD to wear diamond armor. That's limiting what they can do. Is it fun to be limited? No?

You have power, you assume you can beat everyone, so you resort to power in controlling and limiting players so they can never assert dominance over you.

 

It's more of a heavy discussion. Not a flame war, a discussion. I don't think you understand what 'flame war' is..

I'm honestly done with trying discuss with you, this is getting absolutely nowhere in my intent of seeing a possible outcome. "Very disrespectful"? This is a discussion thread, you commented fully knowing what will happen and the outcome came with it. These are meant for heated discussions that usually have rather harsh words and are not meant to be completely full of sunshine.
Don't expect anything from people that don't always agree with your opinions and thoughts. I gave out my opinions and thoughts of a stupid law and you reacted normally.
YOU wanted me to give you respect before, why should I even go forth to respect that when you want it?
