Nerf Stuff

If you don't like the people that have op stuff, come on the server when it's early/late. Then get lots of loot and then kill all the people that come in the afternoon.

 

But there are less people in the morning and late at night. You'd have less trouble looting in more higher zones.

 

Come on when there's less then 5 people. I go on at that time and there's no one in the nether or in the snow palace. Also, the only weapon that can one shot is the barret. It's also a rare thing to find so it ain't that op.

 

The barret may be rare, but there comes a time where there are so many barrets in circulation and drop rate no longer matters.

 

The best thing to do when facing a player with the barret is suddenly suprise the user and then pull out an ak47 or p90. Strafe the barret shots while focusing all your ammo on the barret user. It's extremely risky though since the barret is an OSK if you aren't wearing diamond armor.

 

Or counter barret with SR9, that's what i do!

 

I've not OSK'ed full leathers with Barretts before lol. The trick is to just catch them off guard so they can't get a good shoot on you

Very true, I think they should slightly Nerf tier 4 weapons, and make slightly buffed tier V weapons that are much rarer

 

I disagree. The barret is pretty common. Just loot the nether for five minutes or so and you'll find one. Or just kill a leather dude, he'll probably have one too.

The servers are perfectly fine.

 

The guns aren't the problem, most likely your play style. Do as people above have suggested.

 

The only reason you actually feel this way is because you can not get these guns with out ultimate fail.

 

That was a bit.. harsh..

Meanwhile, the guns have their own flaws and fines about them all. Find the best way to combat them. And or find a team. Life is alot easier when you've got a bit of help.

 

People need to know.

 

I mean, yeah barrets might be overpowered as hell, but that's also why you don't find them in the southern cities.

 

None of the guns should be merged when the good ones are kinda rare right now

Dude the guns are fine just the way they are and fairly well done, Each have their Goods and Bads. e.g Barret 50c. Is slower than the MSR but one shots on head shots where as the MSR two shots on head shots and shoots quickly.

Also use the map it will help a lot and learn the map better. Also most people seem to do this: Do not pick up multiple Flint & Steels, multiple of the same gun or multiple water bottles. This will help you manage your inventory so much better, also NEVER combat log not only does it give you a bad reputation but it annoys people badly.

 

The thing that makes WarZ unique from other DayZ server is the guns. Make them underpowered and make them less abundant in chests, we might as well just be a typical DayZ server.. Not gunna happen.

 

That's the all point of warz ! Having guns and getting killed after 3 hours. It's the all point of it, you get killed and every time your try to get some stuff you get killed. You can't survive for like 24 hours without dying
