Currently all reports of hackers, and chatreports of people who violate chat rules are only seen by staff members. There have been many reports of bugs that I have wanted to report, but could not do so, because if they became public knowledge it would change the way warz is played by hackers. There desperately needs to be a way for people to report bugs to ONLY staff members, besides over ts and in game as developers are almost never in-game, due to the fact that they are working on other servers and don't really have time to play. Before grappling hooks were removed there was a glitch that allowed people to go through walls. The wrong type of person discovered this and was selling instructions on how to do it. People were scared to report it, because players literally paid to find out about it. There needs to be privacy; there should be no circumstances in which a player should have to publicly turn in a friend for breaking. Currently I have 3 glitches that I want to report privately, but due to the fact that there has been no mod+ in game or ts within the past 2 days (except when they were playing war 2.0) I have had no way of reporting it. I'm not sure why, but denied staff applications were made private before this, so I figure it is probably possible to do. Let me know your thoughts.

You are are only supposed to post minor bugs/glitches. Game breaking glitches are to be directly forwarded to a higher staff member as to keep it from being abused.

I've been on ts for 2+ hours for the past 2 days :v v:

Anyways, as Chaos said, only minor things are posted. If it is major enough to break the game, then it should be reported to a higher staff member. Feel free to PM one anywhere to get it resolved.

Well, the last 3 times I reported something to a jmod or a mod, it was immediately forwarded to an smod/developer, but 2 months and 3 reported laters, it is still in the game.
How is one supposed to forward something like that when half of the players ingame don't use the forums, and its almost impossible to get into a private ts with an smod unless you are friends with staff. Also, the three things that I would be reporting are completely minor. The only reason I cant leak the information, is because when hackers find out about it, it will allow them to hack more. It is qualified as minor, because there is very small percentage of players who this would even affect. I realize that gamebreaking rules are meant to be directly forwarded, but just an obvious example of this would be me reporting to an smod about the boat glitch in warz.( all warz players know about this at this point...) I reported it to an smod and getting the response that it is an easy fix and will be dealt with very shortly. Almost 2 months later, the glitch is still here.

You must not be on a lot then. I've seen canoodle and roke multiple times in the past few days. Ive also seen SMODs like 0racle a lot too. It's not hard to make a forums conversation with someone as well, it's common sense.

The major bugs are going directly to the higher staffs, only minor bugs should be publicly be reported.

If 'half the players in game' dont use the forums how would making it private effect anything?

I am online 4-8 hours a day and the only reason you saw roke and canoodle on, was because of the release of war 2.0. Canoodle was on vacation last week so there was no way for her to be on.
The point of this thread is pointing out how long it takes for a major exploit to be taken care of. It would be more simple and faster if we had an option to privately post a glitch to all staff at the same time.

I saw roke multiple times yesterday, several hours before the event. Same with canoodle.

Also I assume they haven't fixed the bugs because chap said nothing is going to be done to war and war until 2.0 comes out od both. Warz2.0 isnt that far away. I

There was always the option of PMing a higher staff member and there is no reason not to continue this system. Major bugs are rarely found, but when they are reported we usually handle them fast.
