    If I'm correct, some sounds are being changed/added too, so that may be why.

    Are the SMGs textures going to be updated in the download? Because that would be great since I don't know the direct file name for the nether wart. :L

    *cough netherwart *cough

    Just go to items folder, delete the netherwarts texture and rename the smg texture to netherwart
