Blocking + Sprinting - Visual Glitch

    Hi folks.

    I'm just wondering if anybody has ever seen the visual glitch on Wild West where it appears a player is blocking and sprinting.

    On the player's screen who is doing the glitch, it appears he is not blocking.

    If anyone has seen this, please reply to this thread.

    This glitch has made 3 innocent players be banned.

    This thread is made just to show that this is in fact a glitch.

    Are you referring to Tjocko? That was not a glitch. He definitely was hacking.

    Not helpful to the thread and not true.

    Every ban has to be 100% that they were hacking. This is not the case. It's a visual glitch. I've seen it happen before.

    If you think a ban is false, please appeal here. No need to discuss it on this thread.

    Also, as Pyro said, this bug is not just on Brawl. This is a visual glitch on all servers.

    I'm trying to get the communities opinion on the matter.

    If you agree that it is a visual glitch, then why was he banned?

    You need to be 100% sure when banning players.

    He wasn't hacking, maybe do more research into a glitch before you jump into conclusions.

    You can differentiate the glitch from hacking. If they unblock, they're hacking. If not, its a visual glitch.
    In the evidence of Tjocko hacking, he unblocked for a brief second.

    Its a bug with shields and such. Blocking on 1.9 while on a 1.8 compatible server causes a shield to pop up since sword blocking was replaced with shields on 1.9. Once you unblock, the shield does not go away. 1.8 does not have shields, so it appears a player is blocking when they are not. Updating the inventory (such as opening a chest) causes the shield to go away, since it is just a packet and the shield is not supposed to be there. I know what I'm talking about, and you people have no idea what hacking is.
