Too much staff?

    I feel like that there's plenty of staff, which is a good thing of course. But I still manage to report a blatant cheater (killaura/bhop) more than once. I do take time before I do report again. And that's still an issue, if we have 47 total people who can respond to a /report, and not make up all the timezones and not disperse themselves out among the gamemodes it gives staff a bad reputation. I do feel that the more the merrier staff, but the more the merrier staff that are able to help. Again I do think that we will get more staff since that's the trend now... But still we need people with tags to help out at least.

    There Are No Staff Members Who Are On During Early Morning In EU. That's Not Good.

    I think the problem is that most of the older staff are inactive and as an EU player. I only see around 20-30 mods/jmods/SMODs on an average basis.

    That's what I'm trying to get at... maybe demote some of the inactive older staff.

    There are time zones, of course there aren't 50 staff on at once.

    They have been cutting down the inactive staff to make room for the new staff. They will demote the inactive to make room for the active.

    That's the point. There should be more staff covering each timezone.

    That is a good idea, maybe keep a chart or a record of how many staff members are in which time-zones so that we can assure that there are hopefully staff members on at all times?

    wat? I do think staff have the right to play on their own times... they shouldn't be forced to play at all. I believe that 50+ staff members is deceiving when at most 45 are barely playing each month. That's why we should demote them, or make them lose their tag...

    I don't think there are too many staff, I just think that some clearly aren't doing their job due to inactivity, and a lot of them are focused in one time zone rather than spread out, which is a big shame

    I know, personally, that staff jump around timezones a lot. Me for instance is on cst (which is the midwest of the united states) but I spend most of my time online during the Aussie time (between 11pm and 4am). Other staff are the same way and they all have different lives. Work, school, and family all are major factors in deciding who can be on and when. None of the staff we have right now are inactive. However, there are many times, especially during the holiday season, where family will come first. Remember that not all staff are >18 and can say no to spending time with their family. :stuck_out_tongue:

    I know, but still there are staff that I have yet to see in game, even though I switch my playtime depending if it's a schoolday or not, or if I stay up into the next day or not.

    Then hit the agree rating. I don't understand you people... [sarcasm (kinda) ]

    Keep in mind if a mod is in poof you can't see them or know they're there. There are mods for different servers, different times, etc. They're there. XD
