More Boosters, More Ammo, & Ladders Added

    Hello,

    We've added a few new things to spice WarZ up.


    Boosters​

    • Double Loot Booster
    Once applied, the entire server will have double the amount of loot spawned in chests for the length of the booster.

    Increased amount is 4 items per chest, original is 2.

    • Rare Loot Booster
    Once applied, the entire server will have better loot spawned in chests for the length of the booster.

    Specifically increases the spawn rates of: diamond armor, tier IV guns, all ammo, golden apples, mountain dew, and canned pasta

    More Ammo​

    Sniper ammo now spawns in stacks of 6, instead of 4. All ammo types also have a higher chance of spawning now.

    Let us know how this helps the ammo amounts.

    Ladders​

    We've added place-able ladders. These spawn in chests in stacks of 2 at a rarity similar to grapple hooks. Once placed, the ladders last until the server reboot unless broken with 3 gun shots or manually. They may only be placed in towns.

    This is a test right now, so definitely let us know what you think of them in a few days time.

    Hmmm. I like it and I'm expecting echests to be organized differently now, instead of just hoarding all sniper ammo. XD

    This is a great start, and I look forward to seeing how it goes. I think there should be more ammo than just 6 though, maybe 4x the amount of every type in order to try and even out the drop of ammo caused by player count (we now have about 1/4 the amount of players we used to have).

    Thought it would be a better incentive for players to try to get the loot boosters. We can see how this and the boosters work together before going insane with 2x 4x, etc.

    I heard that it actually stacked a lot of players. Maybe the rare item finder is a little too OP.

    I mean, that's kind of the point in order to get people to buy it.

    With the double boosters enabled, they incentivize players to loot (mostly fixing the ammo problem or at least making it better) and actually give more loot making fights last longer and player counts rise.
