Perm banned players

Maybe because he's rightfully pissed at Brawl? I'm not saying what he allegedly did was right, but if he's obviously showing that he wants to play WarZ by not Althing, then shouldn't he be given another chance?

Caelon was laying and perm banned for almost a year, and BlueGuy gave him a shot lol. Why can't Brawl do the same for Dashed.

 

I'm well aware he's JMod on another server, I was almost JMod on said server too lol. He did not “constantly" hack, and he stopped. He made montages. He played legit. He interacted with the community. Since I feel like using Caelon as an example, Caelon DoXed, alted, hacked, and DDoSed. And he got unbanned. So I ask you again, why shouldn't Dashed be given that same chance?

I'm actually JMOD on another server and Admin on M4..

The reason i wasnt pardoned was due to my constant alting, even if it proved that I was a changed person, according to staff members it's still breaking the rules.

 

Read the one where Caelon was unbanned on 8/14/16. It makes more sense to Gehenna because staff members can see who unbanned them and for what reason.

 

It is against the rules but if you aren't hacking, and show you aren't hacking by freely posting montages, and alt to the extent where it is unbelievable (Over 150+ accounts banned for Alt of DashedPoppy/XionOF/Xion) it clearly shows you want to play the gamemode, and you want to play it without a client, unlike past times. That should at least be taken into consideration when the perm ban is appealed.

 

It does relate and that is a good analogy, but this isn't prison and he isn't a prisoner.

To be better, think of Brawl like a nightclub, the staff team the bouncers, and Xion an admittee at the club. Xion gets drunk and shoots someone at the club, and gets kicked out by the bouncers. So, he sneaks in, but stays clean. He gets repeatedly kicked out, but keeps coming back. After about a year, he tries to appeal, and notes to the bouncers that he has stayed clean when he's been sneaking in. It should at least be noted by the staff team that he hasn't hacked. Not saying he shouldn't have a punishment, but it could be lightened somewhat.

He was online and PMed me lol, he talked to the SMod in TeamSpeak to get unbanned. I was present.

 

Dashed stopped alting and appealed and still didn't get unbanned, even though he willingly posted videos showing him not hacking, which is more than just a little unfair.

 

He can simply post some videos of him not hacking, but the difference is that i've been posting videos for quite some time. It's mostly about timing I guess. Either way I put in an appeal and we'll see what happens from there.

Spirals has hacked staff member' so accounts in the past, so I don't really see him getting unbanned anytime soon. Not the best example.

 

True, his actions were a lot worse than mine.

 

See what I mean? You should have been unbanned by now, not required to wait six months for god knows how long.
