I disagree, I think that people who buy ranks deserve a little more permissions than those who don't. Thinking like this brought up EULA, the same system killing servers everywhere.

 

I honestly find it dumb. Yes, Brawl needs more money blah blah rights and all that fun donor stuff. But it's in the wrong direction. These type of things keep going in the wrong damn direction.
Why should users be denied to comment on a Sheriff application and go on the user's profile to comment their opinion if they don't have a rank. It comes to the same damn problem: Lesser comments, less constructive criticism from non-donors. and fewer replies.

 

This is the way how Servers survive. You're able to vote in polls anyway. And there's no any dictactorship because the person who choose the new sheriffs is a mature person who knows the game and know who could be a good sheriff, he won't take any opinion that's obviusly incorrect. I'm a old playerd and I've not any problem with it.

I'm sure a lot of players would comment off-topic or flames messages. And also J-MOD's + are able to comment and I'm sure most of them won't give a less constructive criticism. I've not seen any donor comment a sheriff aplication, by the way.

 

Only staff members are able to comment on staff and sheriff application, so I don't see what you're getting at here.

It's funny how you can comment builder applications but not sheriff applications.

Builder you need more comments to improve, the only things you can say to sheriff apps are activity, maturity and a few other things. On builder applications people require more skill in a certain area and to improve that area will need feedback. Hard to explain but I hope you get what I mean.

 

Most players usually need to improve in one of the three areas, which include maturity, in-game knowledge/experience, and activity. It's not very different from Builder applications, with the exception of Builders needing "building skills".

 

Yes but you can go into building skills with a lot more depth.

 

Why wont a sheriff need to improve? I'm sure they need feedback too. I'm sure you need to have some skill in guns and stuff. They're not too different. Staff members also can give that feedback.

 

We generally overlook skill, unless you're extremely good.

 

I'm just saying they're not too different because you qualify different points in both of them. And also both of them need feedback to improve.
