Idea Coins [WarZ]

    The Elo system means nothing now.

    Instead of losing/gaining elo, how about we change it up a bit? :wink:

    Every account is set at a base 100. Every time you kill a person, you get an increase based on their armor and your armor.

    Equal armor: 15
    They Have More Armor: 20
    They Have Less Armor: 10

    Now you're probably wondering what the coins will be used for. Well, I think we can use them for multiple things.

    Now I'm sure you've thought about people farming them out on their alts. This is an extremely fix. If anyone is found farming kills, a moderator can reset everything involving the coins (the reset is set to 0) This includes the stuff they bought with the coins, along with the coins they currently had on each account. You can only be at a low of -50, but the people that kill you can still earn the coins.

    People will also farm when they think moderators are offline. Players can also use a command that sends a report similar to /chatreport that shows the kill log from when a person had killed each person. If it shows a person being killed repeatedly, they know to reset the coins.

    Thoughts?

    Edit: like it was in the elo, the coins reduce everytime you kill a player recently.

    Recent spawned players are not giving coins to people when they're killed until they chat, are alive for 2 minutes, or tp.

    Definitely agree with the insignificance of the current humanity system! My main issue is that players can 'loot up' and then make their way back to the bottom of the map and kill newly spawned players - although the amount of coins for this would be reduced it is still a way of farming coins...

    Possibly the inclusion of a timer on newly spawned players that if they are killed within a certain amount of time from respawning then the player who kills them receives no coins for the kill?

    I think it's just be best for the elo system to completely be gone, as I know nobody really cares about their elo unless it makes them look bad as a player.

    No clue how to add one after I posted the thread.

    But then a player like me who drops full Ds like flies won't ever vote. Maybe warz specific cosmetics and richest storage be exclusive prizes?

    Good idea, maybe if they have killed recently they get 0 coins. Just like in chat when you kill someone it says you killed them recently no elo gained or something like that.
