Story Sub-level of Chaos (Semi-short)

[Discovery Paper]

April 6th

To my surprise, the hole did exist. *Clears throat* Legend speaks of a hole beyond normal dangers proving to my testament of experience; ranging in years of cave dwelling. Onward to the hole itself.
Air around it seems stiff, dense, cold... Exactly how I imagined it to be among the mountains. Rather strange for the oxygen to be so heavy, however the cave is surrounded by a small crater. Possibly the air around exceeded the cave's original capacity intentions. I must move forward, distractions cannot delay my expedition.


Unsurprisingly, dense air proved to be a challenge. Walls consist of...Radon? The walls indicate that due to their unusual form they currently take. References from my drawings also indicate it's from other possible gases. Chemical gases are likely the case.
Another small discovery included a rather large ravine. What I did next, sealed my fate..
Peeking my head over said ravine resulted in my feet slipping. Words of desperateness echoed as I presumably fell to my death. Only to figure out that I lived somehow. Thank goodness for the incredibly convenient large body of water to save my fate! Continuing onward.


Coming to my mind multiple times, I'm dead without a doubt. About a approximately eight hours before starvation comes to my mind. Food is spoiled by water. But my distilled water now has water. Water-tastic! The more I go further down into the cave, gems begin showing. Beautiful & stunning! There's a gem in the shape of a bird. Preeeeetty.


My arm was completely singed by sulfuric lava. My life will longer seize to exist by my calculations of how badly this sulfuric lava damaged my body. At least I saw the most beautiful bird shaped gem. I see a much larger hole with increased dense air of some toxicity. Hell no. I'll just lie here, resting...
Not dead yet! Ha! I just needed a rest & reduce the energy I would consume to go on.

Final Time. Who knows, has it been past a day? Did I successfully find the end only to find a dead end? Well now there's going to be my dead body to warn survivors finding my body. Upon lying down, the apparently extremely thin wall breaks with even more surprises and craziness. What the absolute hell...
