Has the community changed?

DDoSing and all that has declined very much, and there are a lot more jmods and mods moving over to warz from other gamemodes so there are in fact less hackers... big teams are still a problem but it is also very easy to join a team so you should have no problem fighting em

 

kind of funny how when you played all you did was team with cheaters and ddosers lmao. idk, just see it as a form of irony

 

I've notice a big change in the WarZ community from what it was formerly like back in the day. Generally toxicity has certainly declined and in fact so has hacking - obviously these haven't disappeared completely but WarZ is definitely a much more enjoyable community to be apart of now.

 

I mean @Sn4x5 gets DoX'ed and DDoS'ed several times a month and changes all his passwords twice a day, so not much change.

 

And @RyGuy and I get doxed/ ddosed a lot, but hey if you aren't staff you don't really have to worry much :X

In all honesty though it has improved A LOT. There is much less flaming and threats, almost no1 gets hit off besides staff, there are barely any hackers, and there are more staff to deal with them when there are hackers.

 

To me that just sounds like a lack of a safety on the internet. Being doxed implies he probably released some info about him one way or another which lead to more pieces of the puzzle being found by other kids. Being ddosed means he wasn't careful joining these ip grabbing mine craft or ts servers and doesn't even have a dynamic router yet. Honestly I have both a dynamic and static router it's hard to explain but I haven't been booted in over a year just because of a few extra dollars on a router. As for the account hacking, changing the password every day, let alone twice everyday seems so excessive, I doubt there's really someone out to get snax that much anyway he's a really chill guy. If that's the case I think it's playing it a bit too safe, but better to be safe than sorry. I just don't want someone to base their opinion on warz by your comment, I'm sure you're exaggerating one way or another

 

WarZ's gotten better with DDoSing to be honest, it isn't as widespread with people not, you know, giving out their Skype in public chat and ****.

Mainly people have just gotten better and moved over to games that, like, actually have a reward for getting good.

You know, you can't really get DoXed more than once lol

 

Swear to god every warz staff member thinks and says they just get constantly hit off and have been dox'd. I can tell you as being pretty much the only active warz staff member for the first 6 months of 2016 it really isn't as bad as they say it is.

The community is improving as we speak. More people are joining, less people are being stupid and more people are maturing in my opinion.

More whitename hackers on new servers

 

Improved so much, hardly find any donators that "blatantly" hack and some usage of macros.
Only issue, is the perm banned players that constantly come back on alts over and over. Many of these players also have a buddy or two so there are still cases of hacker squads but much more rare. However, I have talked to a few of these players on ts and they are fairly chill, some have stopped hacking and alting. Just... teams are still massive.
