    "do you want to make a deal? you you have some green emeralds you want to give me? ne.. neeh, neeh. KOOOOHOOOO!" im not kidding, his name is Jackaroo? pleas explain chickenputty...

    Maybe because there are villages outside of the hub and in villages there are villagers?

    If you go to the ELITE thingy and jump over it the the mountans behind, hes just ther, and his name is Jackaroo, and he makes wird noises...

    Its your resource pack. Unless Brawl made a custom resource pack for the lobby, they couldn't change the sounds that the villager made.
