That's basically what jmods are in charge of doing.

If you don't see jmods doing their job, message an smod+ and they will take the case.

 

As a staff member, I personally try to help out as much as I can. I do really like your creativity, but I don't think it will work because:
1. Alts are hard to differentiate among the newer players.
2. there are a lot of people and going through applications to match the amount of players would be a nightmare.
I think it is ok how it is. If someone asks for help I try to assist them as much as possible. The server guides also help a lot of they join the forums.

 

I don't think this is entirely necessary. In my opinion, I believe that the wiki should be edited to include a section for the basics of comboing, just so that newer players could get the hang of things faster. For example, have it say, "Combining a sniper-rifle with a shotgun allows you to shoot the two in succession in order to quickly eliminate an opposing player."

The other thing is that I don't think the vast majority of people would actually like to just sit on server 1 for hours and constantly entertain the questions of the newer players. I also believe that since you intend for this to be a decently accessible rank for normal players, a large proportion of players would attempt to get this just for the TP time and the starter kit that you proposed. The whole staff team is set up to be a voluntary position without much benefit, and adding this would defeat the purpose of that.

 

In my opinion, from what I have seen over the past couple of weeks now, WarZ seems to be one of Brawl's most popular servers and I see plenty of new players joining us everyday on WarZ!

I am not really sure what you're implying the "Helper" would be required to do in order to carry out this '1 on 1' help? There is little we can actually do in-game more than just telling people in chat... I think you're idea of this '1 on 1' help would be ideal but is simply not realistic.

Where's the fun in that? I very rarely play WarZ competitively and when I am on WarZ, I am mostly talking to members of the community, chasing /reports or just messing around moderating n' stuff! I doubt you'll be able to find many volunteers who will simply want to 'help out new players' in the ways in which you have proposed, unfortunately!

Overall, I believe that in an absolute ideal world this would be a great idea! But unfortunately, I just don't see this idea being able to function the way in which you have proposed it in reality...

 

Do you have any changes that you want to make because of the suggestions? That would be easier to develop.
