Why Castle Seige was a massacre...

So now that it's been a week since Castle Seige, the question to cross everyone's mind is... What the hell happened?

Here's the story...

As you recall, I was absolutely dominating the gold and shop, and had 31,000 gold when Castle Seige was announced. I promptly went from collecting and selling stuff to getting and/or enchanting OP sets for my team. I bought every piece of OP from the shop, as well as every piece of brawler armor I could get my hands on. Then, I bought every village tradeable item, traded for XP, and absolutely maxed out a bunch of sets. All my stuff had P4, unbreaking 3, or was Sharp 5 or Power 5. I had 9 full sets of either Brawler armor or God armor, with swords and bows to boot.

I vaulted that, along with a half-dub of steak, 3/4 dub of cactus and bowls (for soups), and a dub of arrows. To top it off, I then crafted almost 4 *stacks* of gapps (I'll save you the math- around 18,000 gold) and gave every bit of this to my team for castle seige. Everyone on my team had top armor, top weapons, 20 gapps, and materials to craft hundreds of soups on the fly.

When castle seige started, absolutely no one had a chance against my team. I wasn't able to play, but I heard that no one on my team died, while everyone else did. While I regret that this ruined the event, I have no regrets that my team won.

 

I remember getting my hands on it, and then adding Thorns because it was already unbreakable. Everything I gave to my team (other than pants) had at least 4 full-level enchants on it.
