Brawl anonymous for the general community

So after a misunderstanding erupted, I wanted to allow for the two people involved to possibly be able to​

anonymously post their ideas about how a staff member may improve in one aspect or another. However, I could not find a section where community members could voice their concerns about the staff system. While I know this may be asking for a lot of faith in the community, I think adding a Brawl's anonymous section (like the staff anonymous section) could help create some healthy discussion about staff members' behaviors and help improve the staff system as a whole.

Right now, staff have the inside view, but quickly lose that all-encompassing outside view that made them critical​

of themselves and others. Adding this sub-forums section could allow for community members, who want to give constructive criticism about a staff member, to do so anonymously and without having to pm cuddled directly. The thread could be either be made to be seen by all staff members, regardless of rank, mod+, only have the staff member see comments about themselves, smod+, or some other combination of these. Of course, there will be some flame comments, but this is to be expected in all discussions and can be easily overlooked if it means helping staff members better themselves.

I'm open for any suggestions to modify this and would love for a discussion to circulate about this please. I feel​

as though this addition to the forums could really help bring everyone closer together in understanding one another.
