    If you did not know, which you should. I played on McPvP, and I enjoyed it very much. Now when there is no McPvP anymore I want some features back. On McPvP you were able to do /1v1 [Name] and they would get a message. Eg. Carnotauros has challenged you to a duel. Do /duel accept Carnotauros if you want to accept the duel or /duel deny Carnotauros if you want to deny it. This would disable the chance to get jumped/lootstolen. When you accept the invite you will get a countdown in chat and after that you will be teleportet to an arena. Please vote in the poll.

    It isnt a bad idea, but I specifically remember the idea being scrapped. Correct me if I'm wrong @0racle @AnonymousGalaxy @Eil

    As for why it was, I'm not sure exactly. It wasn't my jurisdiction. However, if it was, it will most likely not be added any time soon.

    Yeah we originally scrapped this idea because it ruins a lot of the team aspects of Raid. If you want to PvP safely, there is kitpvp. I loved jumping teams and 2v1 ing people all the time. But hey, who knows what will happen now

    It was scrapped before, but that was like 1 year ago or something. Since then it has resetted twice. I think we should give it a try.

    Basically what 0racle said - Safe PvP is Kitpvp - get loot scooped, jumped, 5v1ed - it's all part of the hardcore aspect of Raid.

    3yes vote 0 no votes but the staff don't want it so this idea will be rejected

    He flamed to much in his resignation to get accepted

    And this time he can't cover it up before staff see it :stuck_out_tongue:

    Could we stay on topic please.

    We make decisions on what the community want, and what is best for the gamemode. 3 yes votes isn't enough response to justify adding it. If there were more, then yes, we may consider it. We won't just deny it because we don't particularly like it.

    Oh rip. I thought it kind of was the same thing as ladders replacing grapples on warz. hmmmm. We need to think of more ways for people to see this...

    I don't think the "fun" aspect of raid is getting your fights ruined by someone's teammate jumping into the fight and 2v1ing you, nor killing someone in a fair fight only for half the loot to be stolen by someone. The fun aspect of raid for most is fights and raiding. Making both of these features as fun as possible will make the game generally more fun for people.

    They are lol. If you have a team. Be in spawn. If you're a solo player (or don't have your team on). Use /1v1.

    Ye cos Hype/Apex are bad at PvP and can't 1v1 people so they have to 3v1 people XD.

    This isn't a hate thread about other teams (also Hype and Apex are different teams).

    Personally I just feel that it goes away from what Raid is about. If you don't like loosing gear once in a while, the maybe CTF or KitPvP is more suited. Raid is a battle of teams. Of another team 4v1s you, then you track them and get revenge. I feel safe 1v1s is not in the 'spirit' of Raid.

    You'd still lose gear. However, you'd lose it by being fairly beaten by another player, rather than being 4v1'd around spawn which is just no fun.

    Ok - I got the impression that some people wanted 'keep gear' /1v1s. PvP away from spawn is an option?
