Why do duels affect ELO?

    Seriously. Duels shouldn't make a difference in ones ELO. Ranked 1v1s shouldn't be selective, i.e continuously dueling someone because you know you will rock them or the other way round, wehre you constantly have to fear of losing ur ELO because someone will destroy you or you're unsure whether the person you're fighting is legit or not.

    Duels should be considered friendly, not competitive.

    or just ignore elo and just play for fun /shrug. That's what I do. I never really cared for the elo system.

    Yes but just because you're not really affected by it doesn't mean people don't care about it at all. If that's the case why even have elo in the first place? Completely pointless then

    That's why you make teams, I never duel ppl so that's what I do ;p

    When you win a few rounds in 1v1 then you lose one round it's like you lose -25-28 elo. Like wtf?

    I lose 40 ELO so I just stopped doing duels, thats why I turned my requests off

    I don't even care about my elo, I pretty much only care about my kdr and my lvl.

    but why? how am I suppose to get to 1900 elo like some fake elo nerds?

    Since on the topic of elo, it's so annoying getting drained by hackers, honestly should have a reimburse system of elo.

    There is elo for 1v1, there is elo for each duel 2v2 or 3v3.

    I'm at 1887 elo I didn't farm any of it and were all 1v1s that were legit us going at each other trying to win not just some free elo take this it is possible to get there even with the hackers yes it is annoying that is why you be careful of when you join the queue.

    My elo goes up by 1-3-5 ELO every single fight now and it drains 50+ elo per fight I lose.

    Wasn't saying yours wasn't legit. There's somehow people with already the maximum elo of 2k, and I don't even know their ign
