    I found a new bug. While there was haste 2 on 3h. It didnt work with effiency 4 pick, i relog couple times still nothing. I changed to eff 5 and Boom it started working but still nothing wit eff 4

    Efficiency 4 + Haste 2 will not insta-mine stone. Unless you mean that the haste effect doesn't change between efficiency 4 normally, and efficiency 4 + haste 2?

    It's not a glitch lol, eff4+Haste 2 won't instantly break a block, Haste 2 will just make you break blocks faster, not insta mine

    Earlier like a week ago when i had haste 2 it did insta break with haste 2. When im using eff 4 its like normal

    Than that was a bug, eff5+haste2 can instamine but eff4+haste2 shouldnt.

    Go into singleplayer and you can test Efficient 4 with Haste 2 - It will not insta-mine stone. Efficiency 5 + Haste 2 is needed to insta-mine stone. If you were using Efficiency 4 + Haste 2 before and it was instal-mining stone, maybe you miss-read the enchants and it was infact Efficiency 5.
    Either way, its not a bug.
