Make Off-Topic Threads Appear Under Recent Threads

    The off-topic threads seem like they go unnoticed, because they don't appear under the recent threads on the home page. The test posts appear there. Why?
    I suggest we make them appear there. Except for test posts. There's no reason for those to go there.

    It's nothing negative with this, I would like to see this implented asap.

    One more thing to this, looking at most recent right now the one by @Algelier seem to be for staff only (it's not accessable) which is also unnecessary as only staff can see it (I assume it's for staff only but not 100% sure).

    This would help get literature and videos noticed more too. I like it. The only thing I could see being an exception I'd maybe take off the forums games. They go on for a long time and no one wants to constantly see it at the top of the new posts section.
