    Hi there, I don't really know you that well, but this application tells me you're both knowledgeable and mature enough to handle the responsibilities of being a staff member. It's a bit of a shame you don't have experience moderating minecraft server yet, but that can definitely be taught. It also sounds like you're dedicated to the gamemode, so definitely a +1 from me.
