I shall post my Biology experiment research question here:

What is the isotonicity of the cell, as determined by the first method, fully immersing potato strips equal in length and diameter into 10cm3 of different concentrations of sucrose solutions ranging from 0.1M to 0.6M and measuring the change in mass, and the second method, by measuring the change in density of the sucrose solutions by transferring one drop of 0.1M or 0.6M sucrose solution stained with methylene blue into their corresponding solutions, and through the rise or fall of the drop, determine if the density of the solution has increased or decreased and thus determine the isotonicity of the cell?
