a more balanced raygun; new donator weapon

    XRG MK2: (experimental railgun mk2)

    damage: 9.5 hearts to the body insta-kill to da face
    ammo per clip: 1
    total ammo: 24
    reload time: 2 secs
    range: 256 blocks
    bullet type: plasma (ray gun shot)
    in game item: red dye
    no scope accuracy: feelin lucky noob? (horrible)
    scope accuracy: dead on


    unlike the raygun THIS DOES NO SPLASH DAMAGE and is meant to be a "charge up" raygun
    I even made a texture for it if MPS would like to add it (texture is COMPLETELY custom)

    raygun instakills and has splash damage, has 8 shots per clip and dead on no scope

    Seems legitimate to me.
    Make it insta-kill head shot not body shot?

    Only on headshot, do your research.
    Reload time is WAAAAY to short for this kinda power on a secondary, and not having splash damage isn't a disadvantage, that's just a normal shot.

    He said "unlike the raygun THIS DOES NO SPLASH DAMAGE and is meant to be a "charge up" raygun," meaning it would be a disadvantage compared to the raygun we have now.

    just textured my diamond sword to galvaknuckles, looks badass in f5 mode :stuck_out_tongue: well i hope the XRG is added id love to use the texture i made and have it in the default pack

    This gun is literally the l118a except worse :V
    Comparing similarties between this raygun and l118a:
    1. Accuracy
    2. Damage
    3. Range
    Anyways I like it.

    Should take you like 5 seconds to reload cause this gun would be op if you reload in 2 seconds

    Oh okay then, it looked like you were suggesting a new secondary rather than a change to the current raygun.
    but the raygun is already being nerfed in the next update, so this thread really isn't useful.

    yes and no. yes to the point of ALMOST uslessness no it wont be usless
    I want to add a new gun, not change the raygun but it is based off the raygun and is ment to be more balanced

    (AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA) dont worry it will be somewhere around the stats of the dissasembler but enjoy it while you can USE IT FOR EVERYTHING
