Mob arena; last person standing wins? Every level you get one insta health pot?

 

How about maze run? - First person who gets out of the maze wins.

And I'd like to see the Rainbow horse race again, I really liked that one.

The red section is what you're looking for.

 

There is some sort of parkour and the only way is out. The barrier is coming up from below and you have to get as high as you can without hitting this barrier. If you hit it, you die. Last one in wins.

 

1v1 pvp duels in rounds it'll there's a winner

 

I think game modes that just test vanilla is quite cool so maybe like a collection minigame or a crafting minigame? Or maybe a farm minigame such as growing.

 

Actually, my results from the survey show that the least favorite minigames were chicken game, potion drop, and mining game. (All minigames revolving around vanilla mc)

 

A crafting one would be fun though, it's just those ones are boring and require no skill but require ping, good Cps and luck.

 

Something that tests your knowledge of crafting? Like "craft an anvil". "Be the first to craft a wooden sword" and they have to collect the materials?

 

Not collecting the materials, that's just be annoying. You either are in creative and you get to choose the materials in order to make the item or you get the items needed. If you get one wrong you are out.

 

I'd be okaaay with it, but there is a limited amount of recipes that are difficult enough to use. I'd rather see a speed building game like minplexes. Less complex builds so the game goes by faster, but same basic principle.

 

Uhm, you could start off easy and get harder. Or once you have put all items in the table it will automatically submit it so you can't change it.

To make it harder:
. Give players different amount of items and extra items for each recipe so their are spare items not used in the crafting recipe.
. Give a time limit that gets shorter each round.
. Add 2 piece crafting recipes (e.g making a compass and then making a map)

 

On hypixel, they have a crafting game where they have to collect the items, but they are on like shelves and they are insta break. So to make a fishing rod for example, you would need to destroy 1 wood block and 2 cobwebs.
