    It's been 3 days since I was able to vote on there last, my brother has not voted on there since the new month started and I'm falling behind big time. Is there any way to fix this?

    Is the site not registering your vote, or is it Brawl that isn't registering it?
    i.e. When you vote, on the site, does it say Success, and thanks for your vote etc. or does it have an error? Or does it work on the sight, but when you do /vote on Brawl, the vote isn't there.

    Whenever I vote, it says "You must wait until tomorrow to vote!". It has been saying that for 3 days.

    That suggests someone is voting on the IP you are trying to use, or someone has voted with your username in the last day. The problem won't be on Brawl's side. Can you vote on other servers, or is it just Brawl that isn't working. Are you sure your Brother hasn't voted since the month started?
