    So since I started playing WW my horses have always been glitched. Ill ride to a base and get off my horse then my horse and I shoot back 40-60 blocks away from the spot I was at. It happens EVERY time I get off my horses and I was wondering if it is just me, a known glitch or it happens to everyone.

    This happens when you play in 1.9 +. If you play on 1.8.9- this wont happen

    Your bug is simple. You play in a different version. Wild West is supposed to be played in 1.8.x. To simply fix this, refrain from playing in 1.9+.
    This is something that hasn't been fixed yet and also horses aren't the only things that glitch 1.9+ but handcuffs do too.
    When you try to handcuff a player you cuff and uncuff in the same time leaving the player uncuffed no matter how many times you try.
    That will only be fixed if Wild West gets updated to a higher version but this needs a lot of code. We don't stop hoping though. randomcitizen1 is trying to make updates to Wild West.

    In my opinion this needs a lock.
