    1. People should be able to alt when they want to. You don't need to know who they are, and if they aren't hacking then there is no issue.
    2. People deserve to have a right to have an account that people are unaware of. If I wanted to have an account so nobody knows who I am, I wouldn't want someone just telling everybody who I am. The only reason you are proposing this is because you feel the need to know who everyone is. Nobody except staff needs to know anything about who someone is.

    You are bringing up arguments that aren't valid. You are trying to make a point that people shouldn't alt, yet you have no reason to get rid of them other than you and other players not knowing their identities. There is just no valid reason.
