    I mostly did free play against AI and my dad. I was really bad at the campaign and never tried the multiplayer. Protoss was fun with the carriers, and the Terrans were generally fun too. Never really liked the Zerg

    I see.

    I did the original SC1 Terran and Protoss campaign in about 30-ish hours (some of the missions took me around 3 hours lmao), but I haven't finished BW yet.
    I even got as far as making my own maps in the editor.

    Making maps is pretty fun on BW but I never made any quality ones

    I did this as well, in Brood War of course.
    Map making when I was younger was like trying to learn code, but years later and after a lot of practice & learning the map editor (it is so difficult to get the AI to work properly..), some missions were completed.
    What kind of maps did you make by the way? I'm so curious.

    Not really anything specific. Some basic maps with terrain features. I wasnt ever serious with them.
