3. 3. The decision-making protocol (To be specific: Game Mode Changes). Whenever the staff team decides to add/remove/change a game mode feature their opinion and arguments seem to be over the player's. Most of the GM changes don't even have a public thread/poll regarding the change. I'm not into WW but I've been told that this game mode started to die since the staff decided to remove/add some features without asking the community in first place. Sometimes there are polls that help to give a narrow of the player's preference. But I don't need to have reliable sources to say that less than 60% of the player base have a forums account. I would like to change the way it works and implement something like this: Whenever there are plans to implement a major change in a Game Mode, make a thread regarding that topic and make the in-game console spam the link here and there. Therefore players get curious about the new changes that might come alive and decide to click the link in order to read about it. Each time a player clicks a link in-game that gets them to the forums, we accomplish 2 important things: A new player creates a forums account. And his +1/-1 opinion + thoughts regarding the staff team project. In this way, we can have a better player base opinion, a better understanding of what the players really wants, and more interactivity between the community and the staff members.
