    HG was a server EVERYONE used to like. Nowadays it's lucky to have a person on the server!! People do not know what they are missing out on. In my opinion HG is the most underrated server and is probably one of the best on there!! We need to do something about it to get people playing. Once they start playing they'll be like wow this is fun. And with the hopes that they'll keep playing. I couple of suggestions I have are giving away lifetime or even just a monthly rank! People will play just for that. Make it a month completion and give it to the person with the most wins, kills, top 5's or make a point system!! I think this will really get people playing and bring HG back to where it was.

    Dw, there's some ideas going round for a HG update. Right now we don't have a dev, but as soon as we do, we don't disappoint.

    The issue right now is that other players from other communities (this also includes staff) think HG is a joke and happily flame about it.

    But as SoCool said, HG will be back pretty soon.

    Yes, I'm sure if I posted this thread 3 months ago I'm sure I would have gotten the same response. HG has been dead forever. You guys have had enough time to get a developer! It's been almost a year now that's HG has been dead. It's time to do something now. I'm tired of looking at that server with O people on it. It is too good of a server as it already is. It doesn't need change. People just need to give it a Chance!

    Time isn't the only thing it takes to get a developer. We need money, and thanks to the EULA, we don't have any. We can't hire new devs so that's out the question - we can only use devs we already have. The dev for HG, @Totom3, is currently working on the most important update Brawl's ever promised, and unfortunately War 2.0 is a lot more important than a HG revamp.

    Its clearly not a good server at the moment. If it was a good server, people would actually play it. People have given it a chance - I can't remember the exact number, but something like 10 million unique players played McPvP at one point, and almost every one of those players will have tried HG. Brawl's hosted events on HG to try and make people give it a chance, but just a few days after this, the player count goes back to normal - 0. Suggesting that HG doesn't need any change is absolutely absurd - its been around for over 5 years, and the general Minecraft community and what they'd rather play has clearly changed.

    Trust me, I want HG to be revived more than anyone. Its literally the only reason why I applied. But its hard for Brawl to do much else, at the moment. There's already plans for a big update for HG - the ideas are almost done, and there's not much work left to do until the update will be ready for a developer to start work on it. But at the moment, we simply cannot have a developer. I know what each developer is working on and, arguably, each project is more important for Brawl as a whole than a HG update. Its not that Brawl doesn't want to update HG - you couldn't be more wrong to claim that. Brawl just simply can't do this, at the moment.

    Trust me, it may not seem like it but there is an update coming. I can't really tell you to just "be patient" because HG's been in the need of an update for years. Hang in there, its coming. You just need to understand that there are more important things than HG at the moment, but as soon as an update is feasible, it'll happen.

    Ok, I understand that HG is not on the top of Brawl's list at the moment. But within 2 years we should have at least seen something done. Also, what is EULA?
