You can lasso Indians (Lasso would break), who will then die and you will be given an unusable and unstackable spawn egg for a villager, renamed - 'Indian'. You can then sell it at a head hunter (cos they do loads of stuff, amirite?) or to Sheriffs. If you sell it to Head Hunters then you earn more money (1k of gold?), giving the message: 'Indian is being shipped to the salt mines!', and if you sell it to sheriffs you get considerably less money, (100g?), and the chat would say: 'Indian is being sent to Prison!'. Although Indians would be legal, if caught selling one to a Head Hunter you can be arrested (Selling it to a HH would give you 250 bounty - Enough to stop overselling by decked bandits, but not enough to deter people entirely. Plus Sheriffs would obviously not really care too much, I mean they are trying to get rid of Indians xD.) Also, Indians if sold too Sheriffs, would lower your bounty by 250 (as well as giving you cash, so in theory about 300.)

This idea is a W.I.P before you go against it entirely.

 

Not really. Just copy the code for heads of Sheriffs, modify price and make it a villager egg that's used. Easy to rename to Indian, the lasso coding wouldn't take too long, the minusing of bounty could have a similar code to paying Sheriffs to clear bounty when arrested, right clicking a sheriff to give a head to them wouldn't be too hard (might not be how it would be done, still thinking about that), and making it unstackable and unusable is easy too.
