Don't need to play to see 10 players online (it's dead, just because 3 people come back for a month doesn't change that)

What the **** are you saying... People have been saying WarZ is dead for the past 6 months to a year or so. You can't tell me that the server is alive with 10 players on it 90% of the time.

And, even though I played a decent amount in 2016 (I helped build the ****ing map, 'member?), that is completely besides the point of the server being dead. Why would I play a dead server?

 

There's no point in cussing here and there's also not much of a point in writing a thread about it. All it's going to do is lead to arguments, then misunderstandings, then flame.

@Lord_Roke this is getting a little out of hand....

 

If you're going to lock this thread Rokes, can you at least get a decent announcement there?

 

Idrk if this is all true or not. maybe peas died idk xd Anyway, Why wouldn't he post an away thread or something saying, "ay something happened and i'll be gone for a couple of weeks to months idrk, bye?" It's kinda weird imo

Also, imo if he's gone for another month or two i think he should demoted.

I don't play WarZ and never have. I'm a CTF guy, that's my thing. Never really been big on games like WarZ. But I find it strange that you, a person who has the maturity of this guy,

are attacking staff as the people who "ruined" WarZ. Are you sure that it wasn't, in part, because of people like you? You know, the people who (as I understand it) made WarZ such an absurdly toxic place to begin with? And if you think I don't know what I'm talking about, I do. The climate on McPVP (all servers) was extremely toxic because people would constantly spam awful **** in chat, which you couldn't get rid of unless you wanted to play the gamemode without the hotbar. A nasty environment fosters less than fun times, something you don't seem to understand since you've contributed pretty heavily to the nastiness (I remember you being forum-banned for quite a long time as well) in the past and now (i.e. your unnecessarily aggressive posts @Gehenna_Beam ).

I mean I'm not going to be like: Hey mom? Can I play on WarZ? You know that server with all the threats, swearing, and constant harassment in the chat? Yeah, I want to play on that. That's the server I want to play on

Suuure. Kids are definitely going to want to play on WarZ when even the staff get hit off for doing their volunteer jobs.

I realize this is a very controversial and extremely debatable topic. Which is what's causing people to get overly agitated and starting flame. We can continue to share our opinions and have relevant arguments, but let's try to stay foucused on the original subject.

 

It doesn't matter if Peas comes back tomorrow or 6 months from now. WarZ needs a new SMOD. Period. No discussion. Promote @Sn4x5 to SMOD, and promote @Aboves to MOD. Not the most efficient, but things will atleast get done. Alters, hackers, ddosers will continue to rule over WarZ if someone doesn't stop them. Please consider this Putty/Cuddled.

@Striker_Sly you'd be surprised on what you can get with an IP and a name.. Considering I was in the call when all of @ChicknSlayr's info was being released and how easy it was to get.. (Note: I didn't take any part in this because I have nothing against @ChicknSlayr) On that note.. This server has been up for 4+ years and is still going which is great.. But all things come to an end.. I hope brawl the best but useless dev's and an owner who is trying to go to school and study and try and create their future.. Which normally means that you will have hardly have anytime for minecraft.. Especially to run a server on Minecraft. If you've played as long as most of us you stop caring and I think that's how Mario, poaches, Sig, and putty are starting to feel. Just face it this server is dying.. At this point I think they're using their own money to keep running this server/website. Best of luck to brawl!

I don't care that much about a Minecraft server. I spammed the chat, called people ******s, and threatened to fry my teammates routers in public chat. Does that make me a bad person? No. Do I find it funny anymore? No. Do I do it anymore? No. Have you known me before this? No. I don't see why you think you're an expert on my life. I wasn't even referring to anything regarding my bans though, nice strawman. Shanaba could tell you the server is dead, doesn't make him a respectable minecrafter (hguhuuh XD !!!).

Also funny how you turn this thread into a flame war and try to act like this kind of dicussion hurts the server (often times WarZ players ranting/speaking their minds about the staff are deleted ex: when Myortvye abused and when staff members were caught abusing [but hey, you don't know about the server when WarZ wasn't dead]) when it is actually a platform for players who often don't even use the forums to get their opinions out there.

If WarZ is so toxic and threatening towards children or whatever you said, then why was WarZ at absolute peak when ddosing was rampant? BECAUSE IT WAS ACTUALLY COMPETETIVE AND PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO LOSE THEIR PIXELS. The only people who get hit off now are the ones who are stupid or are hit off by the special needs kids that think ddosing is le epic trololol to **** with staff members. People dont get hit off anymore on a regular basis, but ya know, don't think you had anything to do with this server before 2016 so whew lad.

When did I attack the staff for ruining the server... I SPECIFCALLY SAID that the INTEREST WASN'T THERE ANYMORE. Not that the staff are bad, THE INTEREST IS GONE. NOBODY WANTS TO PLAY THE SERVER ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERYONE GREW OUT OF ****TY BLOCK GUNS.

Toxicity doesn't destroy communities. That's the biggest ****ing misconception I've ever heard. If you're about the age of 10, you can handle being called a burned jew in chat. THE MOST POPULAR GAMES ARE THE MOST TOXIC BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPETETIVE. Not because of my attitude, your attitude, or your dead grandmas attitude, BUT BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE SERVER IS.

Finally, WHAT THE **** ***** I DON'T ACTUALLY HIT PEOPLE OFF. 90% of my bans are ME MESSING AROUND WITH PEOPLE I'M IN A TEAMSPEAK WITH AND PURPOSEFULLY ABUSING /REPORT AND **** TRYING TO GET BANNED.
