    Horses m8 are better.

    Too cheap.

    Saw a guy with 1 mill gave it all away yesterday m8 he spent DAYS on that kind of money. I've also seen many people with 50k that go inactive take Congress for instance, he has 160k he's inactive.

    I understand, but MOST people who are willing to earn 50k wont just leave, most people have school and stuff and can possibly get on for an hour or 2 a day so if they earn 50k then they probably wont just leave. And I understand yalls points too, but I think it would be better that way.

    100k isn't ridiculous for being the only thing that you can build on -_-

    Sheriffs would be able to CUFF ON SIGHT not inspect and get money from chests. Sheriffs can camp the shop if they want making these more dangerous.

    And if you could buy for 10k then people with 10 million can buy 100 CHUNKS OF LAND! A chunk is 16 x 16 blocks so that is like 16k blocks owned by one person. Just imagine JustFamouz putting all his drug runs into this. That would be like 56 chunks a drug run. This would be completely ruined by the big monopoly teams.

    You can make it to where you can only own say 3 properties which limits people, besides the server isn't huge, sometimes 20-40 people might be in but not much more so you don't have to worry about running out of land.

    Then famouz will rent it again and again for every single plot. He will slaughter this plan.

    Then people get alts... or you eventually run out of space and you can't get a plot.

    Boi, what I mean is that sheriffs can inspect chests. If illegals are found then they can arrest the owner of plot on sight. Not inspecting a chest and get money from it BUT CUFF OWNER ON SIGHT!

    Ok, but when you inspect something you take their illegal items and convert it to money.

    Are you saying that sheriffs could inspect chests (which includes getting the money), then cuffing and ticketing the owner of the house?

    Then you just give a maximum amount of plots so people with this money cant buy 100 plots of land.

    Most people don't have alts, the few who do most likely won't have more than 3 or 4, and there would be over 30 plots so c.f.. there would be way more than plenty

    I like the idea, I think the buyable land should be near towns (maybe 500-1000 blocks) , so you wouldn't randomly find someones land while traveling around the map.
