    A couple of Blackhawks armed to the ****ing teeth flew over my house a while ago. They were running exercises out of the airport a few miles away.

    Depends on where you are though. American military does things WAY different than Greek military.

    Yes strange. Reminds me actually lol our entire street were literally on the street with burgeler sticks a few years ago, military were doing staff training and they broke sound barrier in them fast planes lol. It was like a huge explosion sound haha being in mind it was like 10:00 at night :,)

    omg no way! I had blackhawks go over my house too!

    That's false. It is illegal for planes to break the sound barrier around houses, due to the fact that the shock way that comes from it breaks windows and other glass. I don't know what you heard. It may've been close, but they definitely did not break the sound barrier.

    I was around a mile away from a bomb range for the Air Force up here a while ago when they dropped a 500 pound bomb on a simulated enemy hot zone. Those things literally knock you off your feet.

    Yeah, There's a military base near my house. They flew around like 20 times sometimes going different speeds.

    Lol I don't want to argue about it. It was all over the news, It was a plane that broke sound barrier. Wasn't directly above homes but was still extremely loud. It was what I heard, agree or not lol.

    Breaking the sound barrier isn't something new. The first plane to break the sound barrier was made decades ago.
