    As some have pointed out, @Sn4x5 's reset would be a temp fix only. Tho it could help for some time, things would quickly go back to normal. While thinking of this, i remembered mcrpg's season system. Inspired by that, I came up with this idea:


    Warz seasons
    warz would be reset 4 times a year. The times between the resets would be called seasons (winter, spring, summer, fall). The current elo system would be replaced by a new ranking system. The players ranking highest in the end of a season would recieve prices (3 month warz elite, 3 month warz mvp and 3 month warz vip for the top 3. Top 15 would be rewarded with smaller prices, like 1 month vip/mvp to encourage playing in the next season as well. Some forum medals would do as well). How ranking points should be calculated isnt clear to me, but it could be something like this.

    - 0.0025 points per sec online in-game.
    - (armor points * killed players killstreak * best gun tier * (points of killed player/5000))/10 on kill
    - -1 point per death.

    I think an update like this could make warz even more competetive and really make warz better. Thoughts?

    YES I LOVE THIS IDEA HOLY CRAP!!!
    Although the ranking system would have to be tweaked, it could replace the faulty elo system, or it could work alongside it, who knows. But, amazing idea.

    Would be nice, but would WarZ players be happy with quarterly resets?

    I believe they would, and if no, we can have half of the servers, (server 1 and 4), and the other half, (1,5) have different resets, one biannually and one quarterly.

    Dude hitchens really likes the reset button. I agree WarZ needs resets often. (not weekly but definitely yearly)
