New Rank - Helper!

    Hey all! VERY exciting update for you guys...

    Thanks to our supreme overlord @chickenputty, you now all have access to a new perm - Helper!

    The Helper rank has all of the permissions of a Member, but only if the map Owner is on the map. This has been requested for a very long time and it's easy to see why - you can now build with people without having to worry that they'll ruin everything on your map! Amazing!

    This means that we can pretty much do away with the whole "if you get griefed it's your own fault" mentality that we had before because this new perm makes it almost impossible for people to grief unnoticed. I'd suggest that from now on, EVERY person that you perm on your map should be Helper, except for the people you really know and trust.

    P.S. Since I've got your attention - we will no longer be giving Owner perms to people who don't actually own the map. Owning more maps than map "slots" prevents you from being able to /archive and recreate your maps, and makes future purchased/gifted maps useless. You can, of course, purchase more map slots in the store.

    I loved the rank, hopefully no more "I'm griefed" complaints come in. But I dislike the part under P.S.

    This is awesome! Except, there's that little problem with that map you gave me. I don't know if you remember the problem I was having, but it was impossible for me to get the map I was supposed to be able to get so you gave me one and made me the owner. For some reason, it still counts you as the owner, which could be a problem in the future. Thankfully the only people permed on the map as members are trusted people, but I figured I'd let you know in case this is a bug that can appear for other people.

    A map could have multiple owners, + it sounds like Rhoske created the map.
