The only way we can get a more active build team is by more people applying, people are on as much as they can. If you think more people should be in it please step forward .

That is fair, but I was trying to refer to the small things that us Warz J/mods are trying to do right now to keep the community interested. Without an Smod on board, we can only do so much to push past all of the barriers to get major changes in effect.

 

I came back to see how mcbrawl and the community was doing, I noticed it quiet and not really active. It may be bc mine craft overall has already died or mcbrawl is just boring. But games do tend to scale with the age and old warz players are just getting too old for minecraft. It's just that minecraft is just too childish of a game for high schoolers and up to play. Society now and days make fun of people who aren't kids playing minecraft and tbh, that's the reason I quit. But the point I'm trying to make is that yes, minecraft is dying, but what game doesn't die? You just have to stay committed to the community and game you love no matter what people say.

 

Haven't you guys noticed the pattern yet?
A gamemode will be made, get a lot of updates, then slowly dwindle until it's a husk. The community will complain, nothing will get done, the gamemode will die. Once it dies people notice and that's when updates happen. No reason to keep complaining about it. It is what it is. I'm not saying it's a good way to run things, but it is a way and that's fine. Nothing we do will change that pattern, so it's best to just sit back and let it happen so it happens faster. It's going to take warz completely dying before projects are made for it, so trying to save it now is actually hurting it more than helping. This is the pattern I've noticed over my 2 years of being here, but it took a very long time to come to terms with it. Realizing that, it's easier to see why gamemodes die, why projects pop up for them, and why other ones die in their place. So instead of shouting about how it's dying, just let it die. I know it sucks, but that's best for it right now.

 

Most of us are starting our life's now.. (Besides Luigi) but not a lot of us have time for this game anymore.. I'm working full time and I am moving into a new house out of the city I'm currently in with my best friend.. If WarZ was new player friendly this server would be alive.. But all the sweaty try hard kids that say "i think I'm the best on this server now" when legit they only kill white names and gabex42.. If good players still played I'd think about coming back but there is no fun/challenge out of it anymore.
