VPN Block & Ban Wipe *UNFORESEEN* - Its the end of the world as we know it!

Guys plz stop having ago at the staff there trying to make this work. You just not helping all hackers who have been banned for years need to have a chance example my friend got banned for blink in 2015! He blinked once

 

I guess I am late to posting but better late than lever. While I know some people are concerned (rightfully so) about all of these banned players returning, however, I think it is a great idea to give these people another chance. Though, for some of them, it will be their 41 chance XD. As people have stated already many of the old bans were improperly done, and besides, many of these people have matured over time. I am not privy to the ban appeal section of the forums, but I am sure there are plenty of people saying how they have grown since their ban.

Let's just see what happens. I am sure that some of them will impress us.

So glad this happened. I never personally noticed anyone using hacks on brawl, but I'm sure VPN block will help reduce the amount of people using hacks here.

Also glad the ban list wipe happened. I can finally play again.

Also, it was mentioned in the op that there are a lot of players who use VPNs for nonmalicious purposes. I know of a particular VPN used specifically for gaming that improves ping, especially for Australians or other people away from the server.

I would suggest adding a whitelist, and you could apply in a special section of the forums to have your account bypass the VPN block so that you can play with a better ping. If you had multiple alts you could apply for the bypass with multiple but have a max of maybe 5. That way no one can easily use public alts or alt dispensers to use hacks on.
