More Staff Members

Go find some people who are actually worthy staff members. Most of the players applying are insta deniable.

 

Whenever I see these threads, I just have to ask: why not apply yourself? Why not fill the criteria for applying and then do so? Then you can fix the problem instead of complaining about it.

I think we all agree that staff in different timezones would be ideal. I'm talking a very solid applicant that fits the criteria, but as SoCool said it's easier said than done. You can always record and report on the forums if there are no staff members you can get a hold of, but that's just kinda inconvenient.

Brawl accepts all applicants who are up to the task. Unfortunetly there aren't many players like that. Also, a few months ago the standard for becoming staff was actually lowered too.

 

And yet I still didn't get accepted --> I'm bad --> Why am I here

 

There's going to be times where staff are afk or not available in game or on team speak do to time zones or what ever, or they just don't want to deal with a hacker or what ever.

 

I think @redslime would be a good mod.

Please don't take this offensively, but someone that's checked all the boxes for being a staff member (application, forums activity, teamspeak activity, ingame activity, and maturity) would not be making a thread like this. The feeling I got from this thread being made was that you were upset about the lack of staff on during your timezone (which is a fine reason to be upset), but you handled it poorly by making a thread that I'm sure you knew would have no effect on the amount of staff being accepted, nor did you try to reapply yourself. It's easy to say that you'd make a wonderful staff member and then not do anything about it but to truly help during your time, you need to either apply again and take the risk of being accepted or not or suggest people you think would be good candidates to apply. This is what happens in the staff team as well. Many of us suggest that people we know apply if we feel they would be a good fit for the staff team. You can do your part and do as I've suggested instead of making a thread that has no significance. Be a part of the solution, not the problem.
