    For some reason it says 'You are not currently in a team!' even though you are, and this also makes it impossible to track your teammates.

    hmmmmm and you've tried relogging I assume? As well as waiting until the server reboots to see if that fixes it?

    Yes, it got glitched after the server crashed. A reboot might fix it.
