Idea Reduce chance of finding ammo in chests

    Title really says it all. When a booster is bought, the chances of finding ammo (to my knowledge) are increased heavily as well as tier 4 guns and diamond. As a result, my echests all have 2 stacks each, at least 5 alts with over 5 stacks each ammo and many teammates with the same issue. There's simply too much ammo in the game and whenever I kill someone, I see stacks of it on the floor.

    My idea:
    -Reduce either the number of ammo (sniper ammo from 6 back down to 4) and shotty (perhaps from 6 to 5)
    -Reduce chance of finding ammo in chests in general without touching the ammo amounts
    -Reduce chance of finding ammo when boosters are active (if there is already an increased chance)

    Benefits:
    -Less entities on the floor = less lag especially at places like gas or indust
    -Less inventory/echest clutter especially when scooping loot, I'd rather pick up guns than another 10 stackss of ammo tyvm
    -A better aspect of survival (asking for ammo was once a huge thing in fights. Now it seems everyone has stacks to their name)
    -Increases the pool of different items in chests, such as guns, diamond, food or other items that people hope to find when buying boosters.
    -Less combo spamming, more focus on actual aim and strategy to saving ammo instead of promoting the constant shooting of guns without any strategy.

    Let me know your opinions in the replies. Because I know in my opinion, there's way too much ammo in the game. I would say the same about pasta but that could be another thread.

    I think ammo is fine as it is, just the food that needs to be nerfed

    Yes! having 100 ammo in iron has never been a thing.

    I actually think that ammo should be nerfed. I don't think it should be anything big but in my opinion a small nerf is needed.

    do you remember what the server was like before they increased ammo chances... like 10 sniper ammo per player?

    +1 This is actually a good idea.
    1. Very creative idea.(Should of been made a while back)
    2. Very good benefits.
    3. No harm included. (This is a semi-perfect idea. Most hardcore WarZ players will agree with this. I couldn't see how this could negatively effect the server, and the game-play itself.)

    Also, you should add a poll. (Voting system) This'll make the idea more open for staff.
    Very good idea, keep up the work.

    There's no excuse for this.
    A small nerf is necessary, not a large one @Usp45. When you played there were no boosters at all. The ammo amount could go back to 4 and there would still be plenty of ammo to share especially with boosters.

    I think ammo is extremely plentiful and sometimes winning a team fight can get you 200+ ammo which is kinda ridiculous. Back then sniper ammo was sorta rare, now you get more sniper ammo than shotgun ammo.
    Also, how do you propose to nerf food? Decreasing the amount wouldn't really help because it can still be looted in chest quite often. One of the only ways to nerd the amount of food is decreasing the chance of getting it in chest. This would make pasta more rare, thus valuable and you will not see stacks of it on the floor anymore.

    Am I the only one here that always gets bones, bandages, swords, barb, or cutters in the chests I open?

    It takes like 20 loots for me to have a full stack of food.
